Refunding Digital Products

All Shine Selected digital products — including workbooks, templates, guides, and downloadable resources — are non-refundable.
Once a digital file has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing your download or believe you have received the wrong file, please contact hub@shine-selected.com and we’ll be happy to assist with technical support.

Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

Shine Selected ("we", "our", or "us") provides social media marketing and related digital services to businesses and individuals. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our services. By engaging with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We offer marketing services including but not limited to:

Social media management

Paid advertising

Strategy development

Content creation

Details of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Client Agreement or Proposal for each engagement.

3. Fees and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Payments can be made by bank transfer (Tide account details will be provided on invoice).

4. Client Obligations

Clients must:

Provide timely access to all required materials (e.g. branding assets, logins)

Ensure any information provided is accurate and lawful

Respond to approvals and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property (IP) created by Shine Selected Ltd remains the property of Shine Selected Ltd until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, IP rights related to deliverables may be transferred to the client, as outlined in individual agreements

Shine Selected Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

We are not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g. Instagram or Wix outages).

6. Confidentiality

We both agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of our work together.

7. Data Protection & GDPR

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected only for specified purposes and is never shared without consent.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with 14 days' written notice.

Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still apply.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms or is abusive to staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shine Selected Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

We are not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g. Instagram or Wix outages).

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including internet failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to you directly.
